Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform — this is a binding agreement between you and bkdo.
1. General Terms
1.1 Introduction and Acceptance
bkdo ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member") and bkdo. By accessing or using our website bkdo.cam, you are accepting these Terms.
1.2 Definitions
- "Platform" means the bkdo website, app, and all related services.
- "Account" means the personal profile created through registration.
- "Balance" means the funds and bonus credits held in your account.
- "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free spins, or other reward.
- "Bet" means any wager placed on a game or sport.
1.3 Eligibility
To use bkdo, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. You confirm that online gaming is not prohibited for you under the laws of your place of residence. For 21+ only.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Process
Creating an account is required to participate on the platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person, household, or device, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Verification (KYC)
We may request identity documents such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate at any time. bkdo reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at bkdo is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted — the payment method used must be registered in the member's own name.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification or a security review is required.
3.3 Currency
Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) is the only accepted currency. All transactions will be carried out in Taka.
3.4 Transaction Limits
bkdo reserves the right to set or adjust individual deposit and withdrawal limits at any time to ensure security and compliance.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- More than one bonus cannot be active on an account at the same time, unless the offer terms state otherwise.
- Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
- bkdo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.3 VIP Program
The bkdo VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Members have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on their activity and participation.
5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game lobby. It is your responsibility to read the relevant rules before starting to play. bkdo acts only as a game service provider and is not responsible for the outcome of any specific game.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or software issue, bkdo will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, claims for winnings based on technical failures will not be accepted.
5.3 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Manipulation or hacking of game software.
- Use of bots or automated software.
- Colluding with other members to obtain bonuses.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering.

8.2 Member's Rights
You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the bkdo platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text — is the intellectual property of bkdo or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content for commercial purposes or without our prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Availability
bkdo makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. bkdo is not liable for any financial loss suffered by a member as a result of such interruptions.
10.2 Limitation of Damages
bkdo's liability in any case will be limited to the amount the member deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant event. bkdo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Complaints Process
If you have a dispute or complaint, please first notify our customer service team. We will try to provide an initial response within 72 hours. Use our email or 24/7 live chat to submit a complaint.
11.2 Dispute Resolution Process
Our support team will review all disputes impartially. Decisions will be made after reviewing game logs, transaction records, and other information related to the incident. bkdo's decision will be considered final.
12. Changes to Terms
bkdo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. 13. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate judicial authority.
